Principal Tutor Dr Anthony Fok

Dr. Anthony Fok may appear to be an ordinary individual, but his dedication to educating the next generation is truly exceptional. Teaching has always been his passion, and he believes that the method of instruction is just as important as mastery of the subject matter. Armed with multiple degrees, a postgraduate diploma in education, and a completed PhD in Education specializing in Economics, Dr. Fok continually refines his teaching approach to cater to learners of all styles. This enables him to identify and address the challenges that students face, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential.

A former MOE teacher, Dr. Fok chose to pursue his vision of education by founding JC Economics Education Centre, where he could focus on providing personalised academic guidance. As a one-man operation, he enjoys the autonomy to design high-quality teaching materials and structured lessons, ensuring every student benefits from a focused, results-driven learning experience.

Beyond teaching, Dr. Fok has made significant contributions to the Economics guidebook industry, having authored over 15 publications, including the widely used Ten Years Series, allowing countless students to benefit from his expertise.

His achievements have been recognised by the media, with features on television, radio, and in print, and he has been hailed as one of Singapore’s most sought-after Economics tutors, often referred to as a “super tutor.”
